Journal ANC upholds strict ethical standards to ensure the originality and integrity of all published manuscripts. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct.

Definition of Plagiarism

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Direct Plagiarism: Copying text verbatim from another source without proper attribution.
  2. Self-Plagiarism: Reusing significant parts of one's previously published work without acknowledgment or permission.
  3. Paraphrasing Plagiarism: Rewriting someone else's ideas or text without proper citation.
  4. Improper Citation: Failing to give appropriate credit to the original source.

Actions Against Plagiarism

If plagiarism is detected:

  1. During Submission: The manuscript will be returned to the author for revision or rejected outright.
  2. After Publication:
    • The article may be retracted.
    • The authors’ institutions may be notified.
    • The journal may publish a notice of retraction in its next issue.
